Credo at Capital Audiofest 2026 – Suite 651

Next weekend, from 13 to 15 November, Credo Audio Switzerland is back at Capital Audiofest in Rockville, Maryland. You will find us in Suite 651 at the Hilton Rockville.

We always look forward to this show. Capital Audiofest has grown into one of the larger audio shows in North America, and yet it has kept its local, personal character: people come to listen, take their time and talk about music. It is exactly the kind of setting our loudspeakers were made for.

What you will hear

At the centre of the room is our EV 1202 Ref. in Rough-Cut, the loudspeaker Part-Time Audiophile called “a quietly extraordinary transducer”.

We are thrilled to share the room with Electrocompaniet of Norway and their US partner Antal Audio. The highlight for us is the new EC 5 preamplifier: an absolute knockout, and a perfect match for the EV 1202 Ref. It drives the AW 800 M stereo amplifier, with the ECM 1 MKII streamer and DAC and the EMC 1 MKV CD player as sources.

The cabling comes from our friends at Kimber Kable. We have worked with them since 2019: simply great sound, every time.

• Loudspeakers: Credo EV 1202 Ref., Rough-Cut
• Preamplifier: Electrocompaniet EC 5

Someone from each company will be there in person: from Credo, Electrocompaniet, Antal Audio and Kimber Kable, together with AudioShield. Come by, ask us anything, and meet the people behind the gear.
